The Details:

Open your own real estate company with our Qualifying Broker Services.

We will guide you every step of the way!

There are some initial costs to consider for 

setting up your real estate brokerage.

These will include:

  • If you do not already have an LLC, there will be a fee to set up and file your LLC with the state ($250 filing fee plus $0 if you can do it yourself or you can pay a company like LegalZoom to file it for you for a fee)
  • Application to DBPR for a Real Estate Corporation ($77) and Multiple License fee for your broker ($77)
  • Fee for E&O Insurance (this will vary by insurance agency but averages around $700 per year)
  • Join your local MLS with a personal account and an office account (Fee varies)


You should budget around $1,500 for opening your Brokerage company then you'll need capital for regular business expenses such as signage, business cards, marketing, etc. This may sound like a lot, but this is likely LESS than your current commission split with most brokerages for ONE transaction.


Once your brokerage is active, you will pay the applicable fee (see below) to Your Real Estate Broker in Florida, LLC to continue to act as your company's Qualifying Broker.
