At Benitez Real Estate, we offer our agents low-cost access to transaction management software and an online presence, plus training and support to help you navigate your deals from day one - without all the frilly desk fees, software charges or ridiculous commission splits.

1. There is a low one-time setup fee of $129 to begin working with Benitez Real Estate. This cost is to complete your onboarding which includes preparation of paperwork and adding you to our office suite of tools including sponsorship of your license with the agency, preparation of your website and other add-ons you have requested, etc.
2. Within 24 hours of inquiry, you will be contacted by Benitez Real Estate to initiate your onboarding and to discuss the next steps.
3. You'll keep 100% of your earned commission and only pay a small transaction fee starting at $149 per transaction (see chart below) and you'll NEVER pay more for your personal residential or commercial transactions.
4. We offer table funding or same-day funding for your transactions. - No waiting! And your transaction fee comes right off the top so there is no additional paperwork or exchanges to do.
5. There is an annual renewal fee to stay with the brand of $99 paid every July 1st. This fee is used to fund the marketing budget and largely benefits every agent.
6. You have the option to pay for access to the Benitez Real Estate transaction management software  at the current per user rate. This will be a huge savings for you on a very dynamic CRM and transaction management software tool. An organized agent is a less stressed agent! You'll get training on the system, too, of course.
7. You'll have an option to have a company-branded email and/or website for $7/mo for email and website price will be dependent on the bells and whistles you want on your site.
8. You'll have access to the Benitez Real Estate brand on Canva.com where we share made-for-you promotional materials and branding logos/materials for your own use.
9. We offer monthly live meetings to discuss market trends, emerging issues, agent topics and marketing ideas and how-tos. Meetings are recorded to rewatch or join at your convenience.
10. You'll have 24/7 access to the Benitez Real Estate agent training website that offers hundreds of hours of training material and useful resources.
11. We offer a referral program for our agents. The benefits change from time to time and the current structure will be offered to you at the time of your onboarding. Benefits may include waiver of annual renewal fee, reduced transaction fee structure, paid bonuses, etc.
